One of the best ways we can think of to grow, learn and interact with our members and networks, is through events, roadshows, talks, expeditions, presentations, meetups, random meetings, or just by being in the right place at the right time, even with no particular plan.

Sometimes, you never know what great opportunities might arise from a chance meeting with someone on a train somewhere, or with another motorbike rider at a petrol station - if that person also happens to be the CEO of a large corporation that you can do positive business with.

Planned meetings, chance meetings, openness, spontaneity and curiosity are all key ingredients of interesting and beneficial human interaction, and it's up to you what you do with that opportunity. A brief meeting at some event somewhere can form the basis for a lifelong friendship or business relationship, and probably both, if you're open enough to let it. So be open for better business...
